Imagine yourself in the 1920s, during the prohibition in the United States of America. Many families from the Italian island of Sicily had come over to take advantage of "the land of unlimited opportunities," including the Mafia. 

Soon, they became aware of the American thirst for alcohol and began their secret distilling activities (Moonshining). It didn't take long for the FBI to catch wind of this. They went all out to crush these practices. It was quite a task to locate and dismantle the distilleries.

The FBI soon focused on catching the "Runners" (people transporting the contraband). The Mafia families soon grew tired of seeing their family members disappear into prison. They began recruiting "volunteers" who would do the dirty work for them in exchange for payment.

PROGRAM

18:00 - The Barbecue

Pork chop, hamburger, bacon, pork skewers, chicken skewers, raw vegetable salad, homemade Russian salad, various hot and cold sauces, bread with herb butter, and fries

20:00 - Smuggling Evening

You will board the whisper boat with your group. Then head to the whiskey distillery on the island in the lake. Here you can experience the atmosphere and taste the whiskey. After the whiskey tasting, you will receive the contraband, consisting of alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs. Which family can smuggle the most contraband into the pub in a cunning way? Beware of the FBI; if they catch you, they will search you for contraband.

If you would like to eat something other than the Dutch barbecue, you can always request it via the contact form. In addition to a more luxurious barbecue than the Dutch barbecue, we also provide dinners, buffets, menus, i-shi-yaki, frying pan, wok pan, and pots festival.
